How Crystals form?

Crystals are formed as far back as thousands of years ago by a process called crystallization, when molecules gather to stabilize when liquid starts to cool & hardens. That signifies a transition from chaos to perfection. Each crystal starts small & grows as more atoms are added to it naturally.

How do Crystals work?

Crystals in the spiritual & metaphysical context (ngokomoya),collect & store memory which then releases energy. Everything is energy including human beings & because everything natural is connected, we also connect to other energies.

The stones carry different types of energies that can also help us (people), our homes (spaces) & our items (things). The elements which make up the crystals during formation customize & infuse that energy into the crystal, the crystal then possesses that energy.

Human beings are naturally able to channel energy to themselves through mindfulness, e.g. ukuphahla, meditation & praying. However, our current everyday lives, with how the world has evolved (stress, anxiety etc.) it’s not always possible to easily tap into that form, which is why where crystals come to assist as nature’s gift to us.

They work in the different qualities they possess to align you to the energies you want to attract, e.g. calmness, energy, money, love, inner peace, love, grounded-ness...the list is endless. The best part is that once your energy is used to vibrating in that frequency, you become trained to attract the energy without the crystals. With repeated use & practice, they restore you & activate your natural energies to operate in the way you were naturally meant to before getting “corrupted” by everything else man made. 

Why charge & cleanse crystals?

When used for healing, stones absorb or redirect the negativity you're working to release, so the more often you use your stone, the more energy it collects. A good rule of thumb is to clear all of your stones at least once a month, or if your stone was handled by others or if you were in a crowded area. Regularly cleansing & recharging your stones is the only way to restore your crystal to its natural state.

Cleansing your Crystals

- Hold in smoke from impepho or incense or,

- Bury them in the ground overnight or,

- The power of the Moon-Leave them overnight  under the full moon or,

- Bury in bowl of rough/sea/Himalayan pink salt overnight or,

- Use sound vibrations either singing bowls or turning folks or,

- Place on a selenite plate/slab for no less than 6 hours or,

- Sacred breath- Blow the negativity away with intention or,

- Use your intuition.

Charging your Crystals

- Put them in the garden to bathe in the sun or moonlight, being careful that they do not fade in the sun or, 

- Use sound vibrations either singing bowls or turning folks or, 

- Place on a selenite plate/slab for no less than 6 hours or,

- Put them inside a quartz or amethyst cluster.

Does it matter on which wrist I wear my crystal bracelet?

Yes, it depends on your intention. Wear your crystal bracelets on your left wrist if you want to absorb the crystal's energy into your aura. We recommend wearing the crystal bracelet on your right wrist when you want to remove negative energies or manifest specific positive energies that resonate with your crystals.

What are Alkaline herbs?

These are herbs that have a PH level above seven. PH is the measure of acidity & alkalinity. The range goes from 0-14, with less than 7 being an indication of acidity, 7 and above indicating alkalinity. The body needs a slightly alkaline environment to function optimally, & these herbs can help to create that balance. Herbs approved for the Dr Sebi alkaline diet must also be Non-hybrid, GMO-free, Wild, Electric & Have Medicinal Value.

What are Electric herbs?

These are herbs that have not been changed by humans in any way, retaining their alkalinity. The adoption of an alkaline plant based diet maintains the body in an alkaline state. The diet consists of grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, herbal teas & spices. Note that it does not include any animal products (meat, dairy, fish etc.) and processed foods (cereals, Fizzy drinks, snacks, sugar etc.) which is usually a challenge to let go of as we have been accustomed it, cutting it down is however also beneficial, particularly when addressing a condition.Electric herbal medicines cleanse & nourish the body. Alfredo Bowman, better known as Dr. Sebi (1933-2016), was born in the Hondurus, South America. He was self-educated healer & herbalist who was not a medical doctor. Dr Sebi advocated the use of alkaline medicinal herbs & promoted the alkaline diet.
